About
Hi, I’m Bayleigh.
As a UX Designer with experience across healthcare, enterprise platforms, and responsive web design, I specialize in turning complex workflows into clear and accessible product experiences.
At Community Care Behavioral Health, I design for ePortal, an enterprise platform that supports providers and internal teams across behavioral health workflows. My work spans research, information architecture, design systems, accessibility, and high-fidelity UI design. I focus on creating scalable experiences that help users navigate complex tasks with more confidence and less friction.
Before moving into healthcare UX, I worked in web design and development, where I led and supported website builds across WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Kajabi, and DotNetNuke. That background helps me think through both the design vision and the practical details needed to bring an experience to life.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University. My path into UX has been shaped by curiosity, continual learning, and a genuine interest in creating products that make complicated systems easier to understand and use.
Outside of work
Outside of work, I’m usually exploring LA with my boyfriend, seeing friends, or spending time with my dog Minnie.
I love being outside. The beach is one of my favorite places, and I’m always up for a hike or a new spot to try in California.
I also enjoy working out, book club, and watching UFC. I’m drawn to people and experiences that feel fun, warm, and full of life.
