About

Hi, I’m Bayleigh.

I’m a UX Designer with experience in healthcare, enterprise platforms, and responsive web design. I enjoy turning complicated workflows into product experiences that feel clear, usable, and easier to move through.

At Community Care Behavioral Health, I design for ePortal, an enterprise platform used by providers and internal teams across behavioral health workflows. My work includes research, information architecture, design systems, accessibility, and high-fidelity UI design.

Before moving into healthcare UX, I worked in web design and development across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Kajabi, and DotNetNuke. That background helps me think through both the design direction and the practical details needed to bring a project to life.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University. My path into UX has been shaped by curiosity, problem-solving, and a genuine interest in making complex systems easier to understand.

Outside of work

I’m usually exploring LA with my boyfriend, seeing friends, or spending time with my dog Minnie when not working.

I love being outside. The beach is one of my favorite places, and I’m always up for a hike or new food spot to try.

I also enjoy working out, attending my book club, and watching UFC .
